Prism Translation Services provides language-related services including but not limited to:

• Translation
• Certified Translation
• Sworn Translation
• Interpretation
• Localization
• Transcription
• Proofreading and Editing
• Multilingual Content Services

Quotations and Orders

All quotations are based on project requirements available at the time of estimation.

Work shall commence only after quotation approval, project confirmation, or receipt of payment where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Source Materials

  Providing accurate, complete, and legible source materials for translation.

• Specifications Review

  Reviewing and confirming project specifications and instructions before approval.

• Content Ownership

  Ensuring lawful ownership, copyright compliance, and right of use for all submitted content.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated based on project complexity and volume.

While every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

Revisions

Clients may request reasonable corrections relating to translation accuracy within seven (7) days of delivery.

Requests involving changes to translation, new instructions, or additional work may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the translated content shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment.

Prism Translation Services retains the right to refuse any project that violates applicable laws, contains offensive materials, or breaches ethical standards.

Limitation of Liability

Prism Translation Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Acceptance by Third Parties

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, internet outages, government actions, public emergencies, or courier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
