Delivery Timeline

Physical Delivery

Where physical printed/notarized copies are requested, additional courier and handling charges may apply.

Courier delivery timelines are managed by third-party shipping companies and are outside of our direct control. We provide tracking numbers for all physical shipments.

Delivery Confirmation

Projects shall be deemed officially delivered once they are transmitted electronically to the email address provided by the client, or when the physical package is handed over to the courier partner at the designated address.

Delays
