Projects may be delivered through:

• Secure Cloud-sharing Platforms
• Download Links
• Physical Courier Services (Upon Request)

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary depending on several project factors:

• Language combination
• Volume of content (page count)
• Service type (standard vs express)
• Certification requirements
• Project complexity

Physical Delivery

Where physical printed/notarized copies are requested, additional courier and handling charges may apply.

Courier delivery timelines are managed by third-party shipping companies and are outside of our direct control. We provide tracking numbers for all physical shipments.

Delivery Confirmation

Projects shall be deemed officially delivered once they are transmitted electronically to the email address provided by the client, or when the physical package is handed over to the courier partner at the designated address.

Delays

Prism Translation Services shall not be held responsible for project delivery delays caused by:

• Incorrect contact or shipping info
• Technical issues (client side)
• Courier transit or handling delays
• Public holidays or weekend closures
• Government regulations or lockdowns
• Force majeure events
